What's the 14-day PRO trial?
Every new signup automatically starts on the PRO tier for 14 days — no card required, no opt-in step. Full creative suite: every persona, every content type, all 27 publishing platforms, the command palette, the AI Knowledge Baseline tracker. On day 15, if you haven't picked a plan, the account drops to FREE automatically. Your work stays where it is; only generation pauses.
What if I upgrade during the trial?
Stripe credits the remaining trial days. If you upgrade on day 5 of a 14-day trial, you get 9 more days of PRO before the first charge. Pick a plan after the trial ends, and Stripe bills immediately on signup with no credit — same end state, but you lose access to PRO features in between.
Why is the trial 'limited' each month?
We pace generous trials through each calendar month so day-1 traffic doesn't burn the whole month's allocation. Once a month's spots are claimed, signups still complete — they just land on FREE rather than PRO+TRIAL. Spots reset on the 1st. The counter on this page is real-time.
Is there really a free tier?
Yes. After your trial ends (or if you arrive after the month's trial allocation is claimed), you can stay on FREE forever — no credit card, no expiry. FREE is read-mostly: viewing existing personas, running 5 weekly visibility scans, one-shot audit. Generation and the full creative suite live on the paid tiers.
What counts as a piece?
One generated content row — whether that's a single LinkedIn post or a 2,000-word whitepaper. The Topic Multiplier counts each format as one piece, so a 7-format multiplier run uses 7 of your monthly quota.
Why not credit-based pricing like other tools?
Credits are deliberately confusing. A piece is a piece — you know exactly what you'll get for your monthly fee. If you're hitting your limit consistently, that's a sign to upgrade or talk to us about Enterprise.
Can I bring my own model?
On Pro and above, yes. Settings → AI Provider (admin only) lets workspace owners point Vyrable at any OpenAI-compatible gateway. Bring whichever model you've benchmarked best for your voice — your tokens, your cost, our quality pipeline.
Cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in contracts, no surprise renewals. Downgrade or cancel from Settings → Billing or via the Stripe-hosted portal whenever. UK / EEA consumer 14-day cancellation right applies on first paid subscriptions — see Terms §4.4.
What happens to my work if I downgrade?
Stays exactly where you left it. Personas, scheduled posts, brand kit, tracked prompts, generated content — none of it is touched. Only future generation pauses until you pick a plan again.
